When Foodiggity founder’s young son, Cameron, came up with a project to recreate all 50 states out of food and then rename them with clever puns, Chris Durst was initially skeptical.
According to Daily Mail:
Cameron first told his dad he thought they should fashion the shape of every state out of food. When his dad told him that that’s been “done to death already”, the bright kid retorted with a totally original element: They’d also rename each state with a punny title, according to the food they were made of.
Hence the Foodnited States of America project was born, and the US has never looked so tasty.
The series has earned so many fans that that Durso created an entire spin-off website dedicated to it, where they sell posters, T-shirts, and and stickers with the mouth-watering images.
You can check out all of the states, including your own HERE.
